Reciprocating mechanical compressor type SW - SV

 

The series SW-SV presents models with installed electrical power ranging from 110 to 400 kW. Versions available for Daughter stations with inlet pressure range from 15 to 250 bar.

 

Main features:

 

  • Approved according European CE directives. Different standard available

  • Non-lubricated gas jackets, rods and pistons

  • PFTE composite rod and piston gaskets

  • Oil free versions available

  • High-efficiency air-gas or water-gas interstage gas coolers.

  • Interstage relief valves

  • Compressor start-up by means of valve lifters (no blow down)

  • Inlet and discharge filters

  • Gauge panel displays system status, temperatures and pressures

  • PLC based management,  with warning displays

  • Digital operator interface with LCD on-screen programming capability

  • Automatic system shutdown in case operating parameters are out of normal range

  • Remote mounted electrical panel

  • Remote monitoring systems for diagnostics and telemaintenance

  • Electronic soft-start systems to reduce starting current of drive motors

  • ESD Button

  • Very easy maintenance

  • Balanced design for:

  • Gas engine driver available

  • The compressors model SV/SW are preferably cooled with an air-gas or air–water radiator
